300,000 is available for Tweed community projects following the opening of the 2020 Community Building Partnership program, Tweed Nationals MP Geoff Provest has announced.
“The Community Building Partnership program has been very popular over the years in delivering projects with great social, environmental and recreational outcomes,” Mr Provest said.
Mr Provest said the coronavirus lockdown should not stop Tweed community groups, preschools and sports clubs applying for a share to improve their facilities.
“In fact this is a chance to plan for the future of your favourite organisation,” Mr Provest said.
Applications close at 5pm, Friday 12 June 2020. Applicants must read the program guidelines to ensure their club or organisation and proposed project are eligible.
