Tweed Nationals MP Geoff Provest says he has tested negative for COVID-19 for the second time under a timetable set by NSW Health but will continue to isolate in Sydney until 9 July and one further negative test result as the rules require.

“I also understand there is some confusion in the Tweed community about the border situation.  At present the border is open with the requirement for travel declarations in both directions. The situation is fluid so people should listen to the radio and check for updates at nsw.gov.au/covid-19 and covid.qld.gov.au.”
