The extremely popular 2026 Legal topics for seniors’ diaries have arrived in his office, Member for Tweed and Shadow Minister for Seniors, Geoff Provest MP said today.

“The eagerly awaited resource delivers practical tips and useful insights to help seniors navigate common challenges—from scams and neighbour disputes to elder abuse, retirement villages, and aged care,” Mr Provest said.

“The diary also includes important information on family and separation, driving and fines, help after a disaster, and money and Centrelink. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander older people can also find information about culturally safe care.”

This year’s diary cover showcases artwork by Aboriginal artist Shelby-Rae Lyons, whose piece ‘Echoes of Our Elders’ powerfully depicts Elders passing their knowledge to the next generation.

The latest edition is now available for collection from my office at 103 Minjungal Drive, Tweed Heads South or by ordering online via the Legal Aid NSW website’s Publications and resources page.
