Tweed Shire Council is one of 17 Councils to benefit from over $1.39 million through the NSW Government’s 2021/22 Local Government Authorities (LGA) latest funding round, as announced today by Member for Tweed Geoff Provest.
Mr Provest said $190,000 has been awarded to the Tweed Regional Gallery to deliver exceptional arts and cultural programs in 2021/22 for the people of Tweed under the program.
“Local arts and cultural spaces are the lifeblood of Tweed, making a vital contribution to the liveability of the region and driving a sense of community and enjoyment of our everyday lives.
“I look forward to visiting the Gallery to experience their upcoming projects, exhibitions and programs, made possible through the NSW Government’s 2021/22 LGA arts and cultural funding round,” said Mr Provest.
