The Nationals in NSW Government’s Dine & Discover scheme is now up and running, with Tweed locals urged to take advantage of the four free $25 vouchers per person to support their favourite Tweed small business or explore new venues on the southern side of the State border.
In making the comments, Tweed Nationals MP Geoff Provest also urged more Tweed businesses to sign up, saying it gave them a winning edge over their Gold Coast competitors who were not eligible for this NSW Nationals initiative.
“If you haven’t registered, you are potentially missing out on the extra business, I encourage you to go and register with Service NSW today to make sure your organisation benefits fully,” Mr Provest said.
The vouchers are now available from the Service NSW app or by visiting the Service NSW centres at Tweed Heads South or Murwillumbah.
“You need to ensure you update your Service NSW app if you haven’t done so recently,” Mr Provest said.
He said two $25 Discover NSW vouchers could be used for entertainment and recreation, including cultural institutions, live music, and arts venues.
“Examples of local venues accepting the vouchers include Tropical Fruit World, Ten Pin Bowling at Tweed Heads or the movie theatres at Tweed City,” Mr Provest said.
“You also get two $25 Dine NSW vouchers which can be used at numerous participating Tweed cafes and restaurants like Brew and Bake Co in Kingscliff or Ripples Café at Hastings Point. More businesses registered for Dine and Discover can be found on the Service NSW web site, service.nsw.gov.au
